Russ is the founder of ProEd and the prime architect of the world renowned PRISMS program series, the largest selling and most widely used business skills courses in the domestic and international insurance industry. A sister program, Core Skills Network generates success for many other industries. In constant demand as a speaker and motivator for executives, managers and salespeople, Russ has brought his dynamic brand of training to companies throughout the United States and Europe, as well as to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and most recently India.
He is the author of several books, including The 7 Triggers to YES, and The Sales Compass: Your Guide to Sales Success, as well as numerous national trade articles on sales and management topics.
A former president of both the Insurance Manager's Association of New Jersey and the NJ Insurance News Service, he is a recipient of the Insurance Man of the Year Award by the Insurance Managers Association. Russ held sales and executive management positions with major financial services companies. Before establishing ProEd Corporation he was President of South Coast Land and Development company, a home builder and real estate development company.
